WolfMore Golf Privacy Policy

WolfMore Golf (“the app”) is made by Thomas Butler. This policy explains what information the app uses and why.
Information we collect
To make live scoring, remote matches and leaderboards work, the app stores the following on our secure servers:
Player names you enter (these can be nicknames)
Golf data: scores, handicaps, course selections, match settings and results
Match and game codes used to join and share games
An anonymous app ID that links your device to your games. It is not tied to your real name, email or phone number.
Basic usage information (for example, which game modes are used) to help us fix bugs and improve the app
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or payment details.
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see or store your payment information. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
How we use information
Only to run the app’s features (scoring, sharing games, leaderboards and match results) and to improve the app. We do notsell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it to track you across other apps or websites.
Who can see your information
Players in a game or match you join can see the names and scores in that game. Our hosting provider (Supabase) stores the data on our behalf and may not use it for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
Game data is kept so you can view your history. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing us (below). We will delete it within 30 days.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
